What helps us
For new software: what it should do, who will work with it and when you need it. For an existing system: which application it is, where it runs and what you want to change about it or what worries you. You do not need to know the versions; we find them in the Legacy Check.
What happens next
Your request is read by Daniel Trittenwein, who looks after our clients. He replies by email, says what he understood from your request and suggests a first step. Often that is a short meeting, and for an existing system also the Legacy Check.
