When you work with us, Daniel is usually the first person you talk to. He is our solutions architect and looks after clients from the first conversation through to maintenance and operations.
What he does for you
Daniel works out with you what your system needs and writes the quote for it: packages with fixed prices and the assumptions behind them. Because he knows development and operations equally well, he plans a project from the start so that we can look after the software afterwards.
Once a system runs with us, he decides what we monitor, when we install patches and what goes into the runbooks. If a critical vulnerability comes out, he works out what needs doing for every affected system. You hear it from him directly.

Certifications and teaching
Daniel holds the ITIL® Expert Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL 4 Managing Professional. You can verify both in the PeopleCert register. He is also a lecturer at FH CAMPUS 02 in Graz, where his subjects include technical SEO and monitoring.
